Compare this  to designers who say “I am the artist and know what is best.” That is just wrong. In his book, Seven Habits of Highly Effective People, Stephen Covey wrote, “…in order to be effective, we must create synergy by working together.” Each one of us brings special skills to the table. By working together, we create something much better than any one of us could possibly create on our own.
